At Blonde Waterfall, we take pride in delivering high-quality real estate videos tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a video has been delivered.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refunds or revisions will be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Visual Glitches or Errors – If there are technical issues such as rendering glitches, missing elements, or incorrect visuals that deviate from the expected output.


  1. Delivery Issues – If the final video is not delivered as per the specifications outlined in your order.


  1. Past Deadline – If your order is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and no prior communication was made regarding delays.


If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at backend@blondewaterfall.com with details and supporting screenshots or video evidence. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a correction, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

All refund requests must be submitted before any final assets are used for marketing, listing, or commercial purposes. Once the content has been publicly posted or distributed, refunds will no longer be eligible.
